Smart Day ("we", "us") is a calendar and daily-planning app that provides weather, outfit suggestions, and reminders. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Smart Day is operated by RIVSA TECH GROUP LLC.
Information we collect
Account information. When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address and name. You can also use the app anonymously; in that case no email is collected.
Your content. The calendar events, to-dos, profile details, saved locations, and any calendar-sharing/partner connections you create in the app.
Location you provide. A location you set for weather forecasts (processed via the Open-Meteo weather service). We do not track your continuous background location.
Notification tokens. A device push token so we can send the reminders you schedule, even when the app is closed.
Purchase information. Your subscription status and a payment-processor customer identifier. Card and payment details are handled directly by Apple or Stripe and never reach our servers.
AI stylist queries. If you use the outfit stylist, your question and the relevant weather context are sent to our AI provider to generate a suggestion.
Usage analytics. Basic app-usage and diagnostic data to help us improve the app.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the app, each acting on our behalf:
Google Firebase — sign-in, database, hosting, notifications, and analytics.
Apple — Sign in with Apple and In-App Purchases (in the iOS app).
Stripe — subscription payments (on the web).
Anthropic — powers the AI outfit stylist.
Open-Meteo — weather forecasts for the location you set.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your data as described below.
Your choices and rights
Delete your account. You can permanently delete your account and data from within the app (Settings → Delete account). This erases your stored data, cancels any active subscription, and removes your login. This action is irreversible.
Notifications. You can turn reminders on or off at any time in your device settings.
Access requests. Contact us at the address below to request a copy of your data.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and access to your stored data is controlled by server-side security rules. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Smart Day is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect data from children under that age.
International users
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our service providers operate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
Template note (delete before publishing): review this against your final data practices and legal entity, and consider a lawyer's review. Swap the contact email for a branded support address if you set one up.
