Welcome to Smart Day, a calendar and daily-planning app operated by RIVSA TECH GROUP LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Smart Day, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

Smart Day provides a personal calendar, reminders, weather information, and AI-generated outfit suggestions. Some features are free; others require a paid Smart Day Pro subscription.

Subscriptions and billing

• Smart Day Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly).
• For purchases made in the iOS app, payment is charged to your Apple Account. Your subscription automatically renews at the price shown unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Subscriptions purchased on the web can be managed within the app.
• Prices, taxes, and any promotional offers (such as free trials or bonus periods) are shown at the point of purchase. Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its policies.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Smart Day only for lawful, personal purposes, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.

AI suggestions

Outfit and styling suggestions are generated by an AI assistant for convenience and inspiration only. They may not always be accurate or suitable — use your own judgment.

Your content

You keep ownership of the events, to-dos, and other content you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display that content back to you and anyone you choose to share it with.

Disclaimers

Smart Day is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that reminders or notifications will always be delivered on time, and the app should not be relied upon for time-critical or safety-critical alerts.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RIVSA TECH GROUP LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using Smart Day and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
